　　This project is the development of a high-power and high-speed ratio NW type high-speed planetary gearbox for a scientific research unit. The gearbox’s rated power is 8000 kW, rated input speed is 4000 r/min, reduction ratio is 20, and the gear linear speed is 45 m/s. This gearbox is the first NW type planetary gearbox developed independently by our company, it has solved key technologies such as gear design for NW type planetary mechanisms, equal load mechanism design, planetary wheel sliding bearing design, thin-walled nitriding internal gear ring manufacturing, and dual-planet wheel processing and manufacturing. This lays foundation for the development of high-power and high-speed ratio high-speed planetary gearboxes for our company.
